What: Instructions on how to be included in your Year Level email list

How: Your contact details in Consent2Go must be up to date and you will need to give permission so that your contact information is available to other parents in your son’s year level via Synportal. To do this:

  1. Open Synportal.
  2. Under the Parent Contacts tab, ‘check’ the appropriate fields so that your contact information is available to other parents in your son’s year level.
  3. You can select whether you want to include one, some or all of the following contact details: email, mobile phone number, home phone number and home address.
  4. Both parents will need to update this information individually.

Additional Information: The JPG is a volunteer support network for parents to participate in the activities and decision-making process of the School. Year Level Reps work to ensure a sense of belonging and community spirit through coffee mornings, social gatherings and communication about what is going on in your year level.
